# Beams 退款

## **概覽**

購買的 Beams 自購買日起 **5 年內有效**。\
已用於贊助的 Beams 恕不接受退款。

但若您購買的 Beams 符合以下條件，可透過：**CIME PC Web／行動版網頁 → 我的頁面 → 支援／訂閱 → Beams 購買紀錄**

直接申請退款。

## **退款條件**

申請 Beams 退款時，需同時符合以下所有條件：

* 於購買日起 7 日內提出申請
* 該筆購買的 Beams 完全未使用
* 非透過 App 內購方式購買

若該筆購買的 Beams 已使用部分或全部額度，則該筆購買紀錄將不符合退款資格。

退款申請可於「我的頁面」中的「購買紀錄」頁面提出。

#### **App 內購退款**

**Google Play**

透過 Google Play 購買之商品，將依 Google Play 的退款政策辦理。\
如需申請退款，請直接透過 Google Play 商店提出申請。

**App Store**

透過 App Store 購買之商品，將依 Apple 的退款政策辦理。\
如需申請退款，請直接透過 App Store 提出申請。

由於 Apple 將直接處理 App 內購退款，因此 CIME 無法協助處理透過 App Store 購買項目的退款申請。

不可以。只有在該筆購買的 Beams 完全未使用 的情況下，才可申請退款。

不可以。已用於贊助的 Beams 不符合退款資格。

符合退款資格的 Beams，請務必透過對應平台完成退款申請。

不符合退款資格的 Beams，將於帳號刪除時一併失效，且無法恢復。
