# Refunding Subscriptions

## **Overview**

Refunds for both Monthly Subscriptions and 1-Month Subscriptions are subject to the refund policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

Refunds are not processed automatically and must be requested through the appropriate refund channel or customer support.

### **Website Purchase Refunds**

Refund amounts are calculated based on the amount of time remaining in the subscription period.

If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, you'll receive a refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.

If you request a refund more than 7 days after purchase, the refund will still be based on the unused portion of your subscription, but a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For example, if the remaining subscription value is $5.00, you'll receive a refund of $4.50 after the 10% fee is applied.

### **Google Play In-App Purchase Refunds**

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted through the Google Play Store.

### **Apple Store In-App Purchase Refunds**

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store.

Because Apple manages all in-app purchase refunds directly, CIME cannot process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

\*If a refund is approved through Google Play or the Apple App Store, any subscription benefits associated with that purchase may be removed.
