# Refunding Beams

## **Overview**

Beams are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Beams that have already been used for donations are non-refundable.

However, if your purchased Beams meet the conditions below, you can request a refund directly through **CIME PC Web/Mobile Web \[My Page] → \[Support/Subscriptions] → \[Beam Purchase History]**.

## **Refund Eligibility**

To qualify for a Beam refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

* Within 7 days of the purchase date
* No Beams from that specific purchase have been used
* Not purchased through an in-app payment

If any portion of the Beams from a purchase has been used, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Refund requests can be submitted from your Purchase History on \[My Page].

#### **In-App Purchase Refunds**

**Google Play**

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted through the Google Play Store.

**Apple Store**

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store.

Because Apple manages all in-app purchase refunds directly, CIME is unable to process refunds for Apple in-app purchases.

Any Beams eligible for a refund must be refunded before you delete your account.

Any Beams that are not eligible for a refund will be forfeited and permanently removed when the account is deleted.
