# Mission Donations

***

## **Overview**

Mission Donations let viewers **challenge streamers and put up a reward** for completing the challenge.

Viewers can create a mission by setting the challenge details, time limit, and reward amount. If the streamer accepts the mission, they’ll have the specified amount of time to complete it.

* **Mission Success:** The full reward goes to the streamer.
* **Mission Failure:** A portion of the reward, based on the selected support rate, is still paid out to the streamer.

## **How to Send a Mission Donation**

<figure><img src="/files/awdSMZnxrBOs53UueTHI" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

1. Click **Mission Donation** in chat.
2. Describe the **challenge**.
3. Set a **time limit**.
4. Choose the reward amount (Beams).
5. Choose **Anonymous** if you want to stay hidden.
6. Send the mission and wait for the streamer to decide.

If the streamer accepts, the mission goes live and the countdown starts.

## **Adding Rewards to a Mission**

Viewers can contribute additional rewards to active missions.

* Other viewers besides the original creator can also chip in and add rewards to a mission.
* As more rewards are added, the mission's total prize pool grows.

## **Rewards & Support Payouts**

Every mission includes a reward amount. How it's distributed depends on the outcome of the mission.

### **Reward**

* **If the streamer completes the mission, they receive the entire reward.**

### **Support Payout**

* If the mission is not completed, the streamer receives a support payout based on the selected support rate.
* Support Payout = Reward × Support Rate
* To ensure streamers still receive support, the minimum support payout is 1,000 Beams, even if the calculated amount is lower.
