#### **Frequently Asked Questions**

<details>

Q. Why am I being asked to complete "Account Linking" when signing up or logging in?

Account Linking is the process of adding a social media account as a login method to an existing MCO account (email account). When you attempt to sign up using a social media login, and the email address associated with that social media account is already registered to an MCO account, the Account Linking process will begin automatically.

For security purposes, you'll be asked to sign in to your existing account once to verify ownership. After linking is complete, you'll be able to sign in using either your original login method or your linked social media account.

Q. Can I create a new account instead of linking my existing account when signing up with a social media login?

When you first attempt to sign up or log in with a social account, if the email address associated with that social media account is already being used by an MCO account, Account Linking will start automatically.

If you would like to create a separate account, you'll need to use a different email address. You can do this in one of the following ways:

* Sign up with a new email address, then add your preferred social media login method later in \[My Page] → \[Account Settings].
* Change the email address on your existing account, then try signing up again with your social media account.

Q. I already signed up using an email address. How do I use social media login?

Existing email account users can add or remove social media login methods like Kakao, Naver, Apple, Google, and Facebook from \[My Page] → \[Account Settings] → \[Social Media Account Settings].

If the email address associated with your social media account matches the email address on your MCO account, simply sign in with that social media account for the first time and complete the Account Linking process.

For security purposes, you'll be required to verify your identity by entering your existing account password before the social media login is added.
