# Maintaining Subscription Streaks

If you've built a subscriber community on another platform, you can transfer your subscription history to CIME.

By importing your subscription history, subscribers can continue earning subscription badges and benefits based on their existing subscription duration on CIME.

## **Apply for a Subscription History Import**

To import subscription history, you'll need to submit subscriber data from the platform you're transferring from. Please refer to the guide below for instructions on exporting subscriber lists from supported platforms.

## **Important Notes**

### **Exporting Subscriber Lists**

Subscription history can only be imported for users included in your subscriber list. Please refer to the instructions below when exporting subscriber data.

* CHZZK
  * Go to CHZZK Studio → \[Revenue Management] → \[Subscription Revenue]
  * Search by Subscription Status using Subscribed, Gifted, or All Subscription Types
  * Export the subscriber list as a CSV file
  * Add a column for subscription duration and enter each subscriber's subscription history
  * Save the updated subscriber list
  * Copy the subscriber list into the provided form
* SOOP
  * Go to My Channel → \[Broadcast Management] → \[Fan Management]
  * Copy the subscriber list from the subscriber management page
  * Paste the subscriber list into the provided form

Since subscriber IDs may differ across platforms, imported subscription history may be assigned to the wrong account if subscriber information is entered incorrectly. Please verify all information carefully before submitting your request.

### **Informing Your Viewers**

Once a streamer submits a subscription history import request, subscribers can apply to claim their subscription history beginning on March 13.

Be sure to let your viewers know about the transfer process.
