# Multi-Streaming & Third-Party Policies

***

## **Overview**

This guide explains CIME's policies regarding **Multi-Streaming and third-party monetization services**.

At CIME, we actively support streamer growth and channel expansion. At the same time, we apply the following policies to provide a better viewing experience and support sustainable monetization on the platform.

## **Multi-streaming Policy**

Streamers on CIME may Multi-Stream to YouTube while continuing to build their audience on CIME. To support streamer growth, all streamers on CIME are allowed to Multi-Stream to YouTube under the same conditions.

If you plan to Multi-Stream to other domestic live streaming platforms besides YouTube, you must enable **\[Studio] → \[Stream Setup] → \[Multi-Stream to Other Platforms]** before going live. When this option is enabled, an additional 8% Multi-Streaming fee will be applied on top of the standard platform fee. Streaming to other platforms without enabling this option may result in enforcement action under CIME's broadcasting policies.

Partner and Rising Star streamers are not permitted to multi-stream to live streaming platforms other than YouTube. These programs are designed for creators who actively stream and grow their communities on CIME. As part of these benefits, eligible streamers may receive reduced platform fees, access to high-quality streaming options, content promotion opportunities, and growth support.

## **Third-Party Services Policy**

To provide streamers with more monetization options, CIME applies industry-standard platform fees and does not restrict the use of third-party services.

However, when using third-party services, certain CIME-integrated features may not be available. This may include features such as alerts, overlays, widgets, and other tools designed to enhance your stream.

## **Restrictions on External Donation Platforms**

While Multi-Streaming, streamers may use donation features provided by YouTube or other live streaming platforms.

However, promoting or displaying external donation platforms on CIME is not permitted.

Examples include:

* Posting links to external donation platforms in your stream, channel information, profile, or pinned messages
* Encouraging viewers to use external donation platforms
* Displaying external donation services or donation links on stream
* Showing donation messages from external donation platforms during a broadcast

In other words, viewers may use external donation services on their own, but streamers may not actively promote or display those services on CIME.

Violations may result in warnings or enforcement action.

#### **Frequently Asked Questions**

Q. Can I receive donations through YouTube while Multi-Streaming?

Yes. CIME allows YouTube Super Chat and actively supports streamer growth.
