As your stream comes to an end, use Warp to send your viewers to another live channel.

Warps help keep the conversation going, introduce your community to new creators, and grow connections across channels.

## **Setting Up Warps**

### **Enable Warps**

If Warps are disabled, both Warp and Return Warp features will be unavailable.

### **Overlay Setup**

To display Warp effects on stream, add the Effects Overlay URL to OBS.

If you've already added the Effects Overlay URL, Warp effects will appear automatically without any additional setup.

## **Using Warps**

### For Streamers

1. While live, open \[Live Stream] → \[Go Live] → \[Stream Remote] and select Warp.
2. Enter the URL or @ handle of the channel you'd like to Warp to and click Send Viewers.
3. Before the Warp begins, you can click \[Cancel/Send] Warp to stop or start it.
4. Once the Warp starts, be sure to click \[Stop Streaming] in OBS to end your broadcast.

### **For Viewers**

1. When the streamer starts a Warp, a message will appear on the Live page letting viewers know a Warp is about to begin.
2. After the countdown ends, viewers will automatically be redirected to the target channel.
   * Before the countdown ends, viewers can choose \[Stay Here] if they don't want to join the Warp and would prefer to remain on the current channel.

### **For the Receiving Streamer**

1. When a Warp starts, a Warp effect will appear in the overlay, along with information about which channel is sending viewers and how many viewers are joining.
   * You can preview incoming Warps in \[Live Stream] → \[Stream Remote] → \[Warp Settings].
2. After the countdown ends, the incoming viewers will automatically join your stream. Be sure to give them a warm welcome!
