# Using the Stream Remote

Once you've started your stream, you can use the Stream Remote to manage your broadcast more conveniently.
To access the Stream Remote, go to \[CIME Studio] → \[Live Stream] → \[Go Live].
## **Donation Activity**
### **Chat Donations**
1. When you receive a Chat Donation, an animation, visual effect, message, and text-to-speech (TTS) message will appear on stream.
2. Click Replay to play the donation message and TTS again.
### **Mission Donations**
1. When you receive a Mission Donation, you can choose whether to accept or decline the mission.
2. If a mission is not accepted within 15 minutes, it will be automatically canceled and all donated Beams will be refunded.
3. Once accepted, the mission timer will begin based on the duration set by the viewer.
4. Missions can be accepted multiple times. Missions may also be created by viewers.
5. After a mission is completed, the streamer has up to 24 hours to mark it as a success or failure. During this time, donations cannot be received or refunded.
6. If the mission is completed successfully, you'll receive the reward amount associated with the mission.
### **Video Donations**
1. Click the preview thumbnail to review a video before it plays on stream.
2. Videos play automatically. If you'd like to review all videos before they play, [disable Auto-Play Video Donations](/english/streamer-guide/managing-streams/managing-video-donations.md).
3. Click Replay or the play button to watch the video again.
## **Subscription Activity**
Subscriber messages, subscription anniversary messages, and gifted subscription messages will appear here when received.
## **Pause**
Pause temporarily stops overlays from appearing while still allowing you to receive new donations.
1. Any content currently playing will continue until it finishes, and then no new content will be played.
2. New donations received while paused will remain in the queue.
3. Accepted mission donations will continue to appear in the Mission Overlay.
## **Skip**
Skip immediately stops the content currently playing in donation and subscription overlays.
If inappropriate or unwanted content is being displayed, use Skip to remove it right away.
#### **Frequently Asked Questions**
Q. Why aren't some donations or subscription messages showing up on stream even though they appear in my activity history?
If there are a large number of donations or subscription messages, they may be played one at a time in the order they were received.
In particular, the Chat Donation Overlay displays animations and sound effects for four different event types (Chat Donations, Mission Donations, Subscription Messages, Gifted Subscription Messages)
Because all of these events share the same overlay, a queue may form during periods of high activity, causing some items to appear later than others.
