## **CIME Community Guidelines**

## **Enforcement Actions**

Users who violate these guidelines may be subject to enforcement actions.

Even if a specific situation is not explicitly listed in these guidelines, CIME may take action if content is determined to violate the spirit of the policy or negatively affect the community. Enforcement decisions may consider the severity, intent, context, frequency, and potential impact of the violation.

To investigate potential violations, CIME may temporarily store and review content associated with the reported activity. Stored data may be retained for up to 7 days before being deleted.

Repeated violations or attempts to circumvent enforcement may result in increasingly severe penalties. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, enforcement may escalate immediately without prior warning.

### **1. Warning**

1. Users may receive a warning for minor or first-time violations that do not cause significant harm to the community.

### **2. Content Restrictions**

1. Content that requires an age restriction but is not properly marked may be age-restricted by CIME. This may reduce the visibility or distribution of the content.
2. Content that violates CIME's Prohibited Content policies may be removed, restricted, or made unavailable.

### **3. Temporary Suspension**

1. Repeated or serious violations of these Guidelines may result in a temporary suspension of streaming, content uploads, or other platform features.
2. During a suspension, users may not appear in, collaborate on, or participate in content on other CIME channels. Attempts to bypass a suspension may result in additional enforcement actions.

### **4. Permanent Suspension**

1. Severe violations that significantly harm the community, compromise platform integrity, or threaten user safety may result in permanent suspension.
2. Permanently suspended accounts may lose access to CIME services, and associated channels may be removed or made unavailable. Creating new accounts or using alternate accounts to evade enforcement is prohibited.
3. Permanently suspended users may not appear in, collaborate on, or participate in content on other CIME channels. Attempts to circumvent enforcement may result in additional action against all involved accounts.

## **Effective Date**
