What are Drops?

Drops are a reward program that gives viewers the opportunity to earn in-game items and other rewards by watching eligible streams on CI.ME.

Tune in to participating live streams and earn exclusive rewards just for watching.

How to Participate in Drops

• Streams with Drops enabled will display a Drops tag on the stream.

• Categories with Drops enabled will display a Drops tag on the category page.

• When watching an eligible stream, you'll automatically begin making progress toward Drops rewards.

• To earn rewards, you must watch participating streams for the required amount of time.

• You can view your Drops participation status and reward progress in [My Page] → [Drops Inventory].

Types of Drops Rewards

1. In-Game Rewards

Drops rewards can include in-game items that are delivered directly to your game account.

• To receive in-game rewards, you must link your CI.ME account with your game account.

  • Account linking can be completed on the game's official Drops event page.

  • You can also access the account linking page from a Drops-enabled stream or from [My Page] → [Drops Inventory] on CI.ME.

2. Coupon Rewards

Coupon rewards provide redeemable codes that can be used in participating games.

2-1. Giveaway Rewards

At the end of the Drops event, a limited number of participants who meet the viewing requirements will be selected to receive reward coupons through a giveaway.

2-2. Guaranteed Rewards

Participants who meet the required viewing time during the Drops event will receive reward coupons while supplies last.

Claiming Drops Rewards

You can track your Drops progress and claim available rewards from [My Page] → [Drops Inventory].

• In-Game Rewards: Once you've met the reward requirements and linked your account, click Claim Reward.

• Coupon Rewards: Rewards are claimed automatically once the eligibility requirements have been met.

Important Notes

• Some in-game rewards may have an expiration date. Be sure to claim your rewards before they expire.
