Gift Subscriptions

Gift a one-month CI.ME subscription to a chosen or random viewer. Tier 1 counts as one gift and Tier 2 as three toward badges, and gifts cannot be refunded.

Gift Subscriptions let you purchase a subscription for another viewer in a channel.

You can choose a specific viewer to receive the gift or send it to a random eligible viewer in the community.

Recipients of a Gift Subscription receive one month of subscriber benefits, just like a regular subscriber.

Gift Subscription Perks

When you purchase a Gift Subscription, you'll receive one Gift Subscription Message that can be used to trigger a special on-stream animation and sound effect.

You'll also earn special gift-giver badges based on the total number of subscriptions you've gifted. Gift counts are weighted differently by subscription tier:

  • Tier 1: Each gifted subscription counts as 1 gift

  • Tier 2: Each gifted subscription counts as 3 gifts

Ways to Gift

You can send Gift Subscriptions in two ways:

  • Gift a subscription to a specific viewer

  • Gift a subscription to a random eligible viewer

Restrictions

Gift Subscriptions cannot be sent to:

  • Viewers who are already subscribed to the channel

  • Accounts that have been banned from the channel

  • The channel owner's account

How Gift Subscriptions Are Applied

The recipient's subscription begins immediately after the Gift Subscription is received and remains active for 1 month.

Refund Policy

Gift Subscriptions are delivered instantly and cannot be refunded once purchased.

Refunds are not available for situations such as:

  • Selecting the wrong recipient

  • Being unhappy with the result of a random gift

  • Gifting a subscription to someone who already has an active subscription

Q. When does the recipient receive a Gift Subscription?

Gift Subscriptions are applied immediately after purchase. Once the payment is completed, the recipient will instantly gain access to subscriber benefits.

Q. Can I gift a Tier 1 subscription to someone who is already subscribed at Tier 2?

No. Viewers who already have an active subscription cannot receive a Gift Subscription, regardless of their current subscription tier.

Q. Can I get a refund for a Gift Subscription?

No. Gift Subscriptions are delivered instantly and cannot be refunded once the purchase is completed. Please review all gift details carefully before confirming your purchase.
