Chat Donations allow viewers to send a donation along with a chat message.

Donation messages can be displayed on stream and read aloud using Text-to-Speech (TTS), making it easier to interact with viewers during your broadcast.

Streamers can customize settings such as donation alerts, effects, TTS, and minimum donation amounts.

Enable or Disable Chat Donations

You can choose whether Chat Donations are enabled on your channel.

Setting
Description

Enabled

Viewers can send Chat Donations.

Disabled

Chat Donations are turned off.

To receive Chat Donations during your stream, make sure this setting is enabled.

Alert Settings by Donation Amount

You can customize different animations and effects based on the amount donated.

If you create too many donation tiers, viewers may find it difficult to understand the differences, so we recommend keeping your settings simple and easy to follow.

Choose whether donation messages are read aloud on stream using Text-to-Speech (TTS).

You can still receive Chat Donations even if TTS is disabled.

You can also customize the TTS voice settings:

  • Volume: Adjust the TTS volume level

  • Speed: Normal / Fast / Very Fast

Minimum Donation Amount

Set the minimum amount required to send a Chat Donation.

  • Viewers can only send Chat Donations that meet or exceed the minimum amount.

  • The minimum amount can be set between 1,000 and 3,000,000 Beams.
